Complete the Medxpress FAA Application 8500-8 online through the faa.gov website: https://medxpress.faa.gov/medxpress
When the application is completed and has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation number. Please forward your confirmation number by text to 910-800-1860. The Medexpress confirmation number is required in advance in order to be seen by Dr. Cromer.
The Medxpress Application is required for ATC’s and FIRST, SECOND, OR THIRD CLASS FAA Applicants.
