Notice to Patients
With regard to the COVID-19 pandemic medical care guidelines, we continue to see patients, including pilots (all Classes), ATCS, and Federal Services surveillance examinees. We ask you to stay informed with regard to guidelines updated periodically by the FAA.
In our office we are following all CDC recommendations re: sanitation, disinfection before and after seeing patients, and personal protective measures (gloves, masks for patients and staff). Patients are scheduled to have only one patient present at a time in our office. Prior to the visit, if patients have any respiratory or gastrointestinal symptoms or fever, or if they have had recent exposure to a confirmed COVID case, they are instructed to reschedule their visit. At arrival at the clinic, the patient’s temperature will be taken as a screening measure; if elevated at 99.5 degrees Fahrenheit or above, they are instructed to go home and contact their Personal Care Provider.
We understand the challenges and inconveniences to our patients, and in that regard, we continue to provide multiple recommended measures to maintain the personal protection of our patients and ourselves.
We will keep you posted of any changes in our scheduling protocol based upon FAA, CDC, State, and Local guidelines and mandates.
If any questions, Call, email, or text us. We look forward to seeing and serving you.
