Thursdays at 11:30 am – 5:00pm
Complete the Medxpress FAA Application 8500-8 online through the faa.gov website: https://medxpress.faa.gov/medxpress
When the application is completed and has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation number. A few days before your appointment, please forward to Dr. Cromer this confirmation number by text 910-800-1860. Dr. Cromer cannot examine you without your Medxpress confirmation number.
The Medxpress Application is required for ATC’s and FIRST, SECOND, OR THIRD CLASS FAA Applicants.
